In accordance with the list of essential services released by the Government of Ontario, Regulated Health Professionals can continue to work during the State of Emergency. RMT’s will continue to follow requirements and guidelines that have been set out by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the MOH and the Chief Medical Officer. The clinic will continue to implement all of these safety procedures to ensure your safety, and ours. These include, but are not limited to, pre-screening clients when booking an appointment and before every treatment, masks being worn by clients and therapists, maintaining physical distancing, hand sanitizer stations and treatment rooms being cleaned and disinfected after each client. Symptoms of COVID-19 range from mild flu like symptoms and other common respiratory infections, to more severe symptoms,. Symptoms may include: but are not limited to: ~ fever ~ sore throat ~ unexpained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches ~ new or worsening cough ~ difficulty swallowing ~ decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell ~ difficulty/shortness of breath ~ chills ~ runny nose/nasal congestion without known cause ~ headache ~ pink eye ~ nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/abdominal pain
